We can post to virtually any address in the world using Standard International Air [NZ Post].
Delivery to key destinations in approximately 2 weeks , include an extra few days if your postal service is a little slow due to rural, intermittent local service or weather .
Once we package and mail your order, shipping ,delivery , security and its safe arrival is totally out of our control. Post office Box or business addresses are more secure than your letter box or left at your front door.
For damaged goods refer to our refund, return/replacement policy
If your package has not arrived by the estimated date . Please allow 14days for slow-vid post, public holidays etc. After which, refer to not delivered/ damaged goods policy then provide us with the necessary information to lodge a claim and arrange for its replacement to be dispatched.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 10 grams.
Duties and Tariffs
Our product are classified as : Personal , Personal use, Gift or Memento/Collectors Item.
You will need to know if tariffs and duties apply on imported goods as such costs are at your own expense.
Most Countries are Duty or Tax free up to a set value.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order and payment is received goods will be dispatched an email/fax will be sent confirming these details.
General Returns Policy
Refunds
Our Crew works hard to provide only quality products
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 7 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Handling Complaints
We will handle any complaint in a fair, effective and confidential manner. We not only endeavour to respond to any complaint within five working days but also to have it fully resolved.
Specific refund conditions based on method of payment:
Credit Card:
For security reasons the credit card you use to purchase any of Oarthentic Oars Products must be valid when you request a refund. We cannot refund to a credit card that has expired or been cancelled.
PayPal:
For orders paid via PayPal we will refund money to your PayPal account only. Your PayPal account must be considered "Verified" by PayPal, open, and in good standing with PayPal for us to refund money.
